Kettle Bell Camp for Boomers
- 7:15am to 8:15am
- Meets 4 times per week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
Why four days per week?
- You are encouraged to NOT workout on the off days. You ARE encouraged to walk, take the stairs, and stay very active.
- $130/month flat rate. [Note: the standard rate is $10/training. $130 allows leeway for inclement weather. If you come everyday, and there is no severe weather, the price will calculate to $8.13/training.]
- Includes coaching during daily "office hours."
Private Movement Instruction:
- 1 Lesson for $65
- 10 Lessons for $600
Private Health & Fitness Coaching:
- $100 per hour
- Free 30 minute consultation
- $250 for six 30 minute sessions
